Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or EXCHANGES under any circumstance other than fault of our own (ie. wrong item was shipped). Please be sure to read ALL descriptions and measurements to ensure that you are ordering the appropriate size and style. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES OR FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE MARKED "DELIVERED" BY USPS.
I need to make a change to my order / address. I ordered by mistake and need to cancel.
Changes or cancellation requests will be accepted within 24 hours of a new order being placed. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes on your order so we can adjust before the item has been printed/shipped.
When will I receive my order? What shipping method do you use?
All items are made to order in our shop. Orders are currently ready to ship in 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Custom Orders, Bathing suits, and Tunic Hoodies can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service, from our shop in Florida. The delivery time frame is 2-7 business days within the US. We will not be held liable for delays with shipping once we drop your item off at the shipping facility. We have no control over delivery once the package is in the hands of USPS.
I need this sooner! Do you offer RUSH shipping?
Typically we are able offer rush shipping, but we ask that you email us before you place an order to make sure we are able to accommodate your specific request!
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International orders are shipped via First Class mail. We cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date for international orders; while unusual, shipping has sometimes taken up to 1 month or longer.
As an international buyer, you are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these taxes and do not implement them. They are not included in the shipping cost! You must check with your customs office for fees, taxes, and delay information. Please order at your own risk when shipping internationally.
Can I get this design on a different style shirt? Can I get this design printed on the back?
If you see a design you like but don't see it offered on the style shirt you want, feel free to reach out to us. We're happy to work with customers to create a piece they love! Regarding back prints, since orders are screen printed, it's often easy for us to print in different locations. Just message us your thoughts and we'll see what we can do for you!
Do you accept custom design orders?
Currently, we are not able to offer custom designs or ink colors. However, you can still message us if you have further questions and we will do what we can to accommodate.
