PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are currently ready to ship in 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) and custom orders are 1-2 weeks from the date they are ordered.

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Once shipped, the delivery time frame is 1-3 business days within the US.

International orders are shipped via First Class mail. (We cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date for international orders; Shipping has sometimes taken up to 1 month or longer.)

***International Buyers*** you are responsible for any and all customs charges that you may incur from your order. We are not responsible for these taxes and do not implement them. They are also NOT included in the shipping cost! You must check with your customs office for fees, tax and delay information. International orders please order at your own risk!!!!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE MARKED “DELIVERED”.

EXCHANGES

::ALL SALES FOR ZIP-UP HOODIES, CROPPED HOODIES, HOME GOODS, ACCESSORIES & CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED::

For all other items, a size exchange will be accepted as long as your item is in brand new condition with NO signs of wear, being laundered, pet hair, etc. Tags MUST be attached.

Holiday items can only be exchanged for a different size, not a different shirt style or design.

To exchange your order (within the US), you must ship it within 1 week of delivery via USPS to:

Please be sure to include a note with:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Description of what the issue is with your order
  • The new size needed

Once we receive and approve the item, we will ship the new item out within one business week. Items that do not comply will be returned to sender.

RETURNS

We do NOT accept returns on any products for refund (see Exchanges).
